Learning data: We store courses, lessons, quizzes, progress, and quiz scores that you generate and interact with in the app.

Subscription data: If you subscribe to Lernt Pro, we receive transaction identifiers and subscription status from Apple to activate and maintain your subscription. We never receive or store your payment card details — payment is handled entirely by Apple.

Usage data: We collect information about how you use the Service, such as features used and content generated, to operate usage limits and improve the app.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate personalized learning content based on your requests
• Track your learning progress across courses, lessons, and quizzes

4. AI Provider Data Handling

When you generate content, your prompts are sent server-side to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic) to produce learning materials. We do not control how AI providers process or retain the data sent to them — please review their respective privacy policies for details. Your prompts are not used to identify you to these providers.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Lernt Pro subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store using in-app purchase. Apple processes all payments and manages your billing relationship. We receive only the information needed to verify your entitlement — transaction identifiers, product, and subscription status. Refunds and payment issues are handled by Apple under their terms.

6. Session Data

The app uses secure session credentials to keep you signed in and to authenticate requests to our servers. We do not use tracking identifiers for advertising purposes.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and learning data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party AI providers to generate content and with Apple for subscription billing. We may also use third-party services for hosting and infrastructure. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, secure server infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
