3. Accounts and Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

Lernt stores your API keys in encrypted form on our servers and uses them only to make requests on your behalf.

Content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. Lernt does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You should independently verify any information before relying on it, particularly for professional, medical, legal, or financial decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

7. Intellectual Property

AI-generated content created through the Service for your personal learning use is yours to keep and use. However, the underlying prompts, algorithms, and systems used to generate that content remain the property of Lernt.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lernt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
